INSCOL - Customer Sales Representative (1-5 yrs)
Customer Sales Representative: CSRs are integral members of the core team and are responsible for advising and guiding students for further studies; assisting the students in their career progression and guiding them in their Visa applications. CSR must be able to handle customer's inquiries through telephone, emails and social media marketing tools for inquiries.
Position Requirements : The candidate should have strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Specific qualifications for the role include :
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
- Excellent telephone skills
- Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Strong computer skills. Good typing speed is preferred.
- Accredited high school diploma or equivalent
Job Type : Full Time ( morning 9.00am to 6.00pm)
