B2B Marketing Manager India (full time)
inroadz is a B2B marketplace that connects European, American and Australian brands with Indian distributors, retailers and wholesalers. The platform provides E2E services in terms of retail network development, logistics, marketing, payments, support and data analytics. Currently we are focusing on the Baby care segment only.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial person to join a team of experienced professionals. The candidate should have experience and a passion for marketing and customer acquisition. Your profile alone should be attractive to investors, talent and users. You will be working with a team who is fast moving, fun and creative but more importantly extremely dedicated, focused and ambitious!
Responsibilities :
1. Focus on planning and driving an integrated marketing strategy by leveraging emerging technologies to reach distributors and retailers Pan India
2. Create lucrative promotions for retailers to drive sales conversion
3. Implement a rewards mechanism for retailers
4. Conduct B2B promotions on social media to generate awareness about client's products in Indian market
5. Work closely with sales team to incorporate market feedback and adjust marketing campaigns
6. Develop and grow the digital medium for reaching to the customers
7. Engage with marketing agencies or local advertising options like newspaper, fliers etc. to execute the marketing program
8. Collect feedback and sales increase due to each promotion program
9. Develop and retain a team of committed people
Desired Profile :
- B2B experience preferred
