Responsibilities :

Sales Infrastructure : Create and maintain a robust sales infrastructure and proactively make sales calls to convert leads into renewals.

Lead Conversion : Establish strong processes and systems to facilitate effective lead conversions and achieve weekly sales targets in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment.

Client Value : Deliver value worth per quarter to clients and prospects, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Investment Banking and Investment Research.

Prospect Nurturing : Intensely follow up with prospects through various channels, including email, WhatsApp, SMS, and calls.

Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze self-performance, tracking conversion rates, average revenue generated per lead, and average revenue per sale.

Sales Outreach : Drive sales outreach across services, with a focus on Investment Research and Analytics for Banking, Financial Services & Insurance.

Pre-Sales Support : Provide support and leadership to the Pre-Sales team to facilitate lead conversion.

CRM Implementation : Assist in Salesforce CRM implementation and vendor onboarding onto the SG Analytics Platform.

Client Expansion : Identify and pursue farming opportunities with existing clients, collaborating with boutique Investment Banks.

Industry Collaboration : Collaborate with boutique Investment Banks to develop Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), financial models, sector/industry reports, periodicals, marketing collateral, and more.

SaaS Sales : Leverage your experience as a sales professional in SaaS products to drive sales success.

Qualification :

- Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, especially within the Investment Banking and Investment Research sectors.

- Strong knowledge of the Investment Banking industry.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

- Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.

- A track record of successful sales outreach.

- Previous experience in SaaS products and services is a plus.
