Business Development Manager - North America
Job Description :
- You will produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model. You will accomplish this through account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, using business development strategies and completing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territory or vertical.
What you get to do in this role :
- Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales
- Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team, orchestrating an account strategy while leading across a broad virtual team (Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialist, Success resources, Partners and Marketing, etc.)
- Be a trusted advisor to your customers by understanding their business and advising on Input Zero's best practicies
- Identify the right specialist/support resources to bring into a deal, at the right time
- Builds Customer Success and Value Acceleration Plans that articulate all of this in terms that our customers and our ecosystem can act on.
- Leads efforts to help the customer evolve their business transformation vision; helps the customer to deliver value-based capability and maturity roadmaps, and to establish delivery operating model governance.
- Work closely with the Pre-Sales & Sales to develop and execute growth plans and strategies to deliver on our brand promise and identify growth potential.
Qualification :
To be successful in this role you have :
- 10+ years of sales experience within software OR solutions sales organization. Cloud and service management is preferable
- Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams
- Experience working with multiple industries with significant focus in Telecommunications, Financial Services or Government agencies.
- Experience producing new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships
- Experience in opening up market for a new product
- Experience working as a thought leader, delivering value-adding advice and guidance based on personal experience of best practices around the people, process, organizational and technology dimensions of business change and solution adoption.
- Ability to operate independently
- Must be a self driven individual with leadership
- Experience working with a startup will be a positive
- Experience achieving sales targets and should have a successful track record
- Familiarity with consulting best practices plus solution implementation, project and program management approaches.
- The ability to understand the "bigger picture" and our plans around IT
- Experience promoting a customer success focus in a "win as a team" environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
