Position: Sales-Coordinator
Role:
Would be coordinating all the activities of the sales team and their interface with all the internal divisions of the company
Key responsibilities:
1. Track the activities of the sales team
2. Be single point of interface for all support that sales team requires from internal divisions
Job description:
1. Track the daily activities of the sales team and provide reports at regional, national level
2. Providing information to sales on achievement against target, gap
3. Maintaining the Sales Force Automation system for new leads, account and opportunity creation.
4. Maintaining the Sales Force Automation system for all customer and prospect contacts
5. Interfacing with Finance and Legal for any contractual, collection related issues
6. Interfacing with Pre-sales team to provide support to the sales team
7. Interfacing with Project Management team for any customer delivery, customer support issues
8. Providing various kinds of MIS reports from the system
9. Interfacing with Marketing to provide demonstration systems, marketing collateral
10. Interface for sales for any price discounts
Experience, Qualifications:
1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot non-trivial trends
2. Ability to multi-task
3. Strong written and spoken English communication skills
4. Quick thinker and ability to take decisions
5. Good in IT, ability to learn new IT systems and use them
6. Good presentation skills
7. Good report generation skills
8. Ability to interface with multiple kinds of divisions, people for getting tasks done
9. Go-getter
