Job brief :

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Person, who is creative and understands D2C, marketing and can manage external and internal communications. As a member of the team, you'll look for ways to refine, improve, and expand our brand reach, presence, positioning, and social media community. You should have an eye for neat designs and creative communication.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, both online and offline, aligning with the brand's objectives and target audience.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify consumer trends, insights, and opportunities for brand positioning and differentiation.

- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, website, email marketing, and influencer collaborations, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Create compelling content, such as blog posts, articles, and product descriptions, that resonates with the target audience and drives brand loyalty.

- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.

- Plan and coordinate promotional events, product launches, and trade shows, ensuring effective execution and maximum brand exposure.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in beauty personal care marketing, and proactively incorporate innovative ideas into marketing initiatives.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in marketing roles within the beauty personal care industry is highly preferred.


- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour.

- Proficiency in utilizing marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance.

- Demonstrated creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and deliver impactful presentations.

- Passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in staying updated with the latest beauty trends and innovations.
