Innovist - Lead - Content Marketing (3-5 yrs)
Job Brief :
We are looking for an enthusiastic Content Marketing Lead, who is creative and understands D2C marketing and can manage external and internal communications. As a member of the team,you'll look for ways to refine, improve, and expand our brand reach, presence, positioning, and social media community. You should have an eye for neat designs and creative communication.
Responsibilities :
- Be very objective and clear with creating and delivering briefs.
- Be efficient and stern with managing deadlines.
- Develop effective marketing and corporate communication strategies.
- Manage internal communication and coordination across teams.
- Manage brand campaigns from ideation to launch.
- Will be creating marketing copy for products for different digital platforms.
- Manage and coordinate with external agencies for marketing related initiatives.
- Track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
- Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels
- Report directly to the brand manager
Requirements and skills :
- Having 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Should have creative marketing experience.
- Having experience in Health, Beauty, Personal Care, Nutraceutical domain.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
- Experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns.
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
