Key Responsibilities:
- Stay updated with the latest trends to create engaging and relevant content.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Work on SEO, hashtags, and keyword optimization to boost reach and engagement.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
- Develop content strategies that align with the brand's tonality and voice.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure visually appealing and brand-consistent creatives.
- Monitor and improve audience engagement through innovative content formats.
- Have a basic understanding of grids, thumbnails, and hooks for better visual appeal and click-through rates.
Education & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and hashtag optimization.
- Basic familiarity with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to social media trends.
