About Role :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our customer relationship management system, ensuring it effectively supports our marketing and sales strategies. This role involves overseeing the CRM software and analyzing customer data.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.

Qualifications :
