Innovist - Assistant Media Manager (2-3 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Assistant Media Manager to support media planning, execution, and performance analysis across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate will assist in developing media strategies, managing campaigns, and optimizing media performance to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement strategic media campaigns that drive brand. visibility and consumer engagement
- Would be managing all the digital media planning from execution to analysis. Work on strategies for ROI-led campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.
- Candidate should have sound knowledge of end to end campaign life cycle, starting with planning of digital campaigns, buying, execution and reporting across channels- Display (Programmatic & third party partners), cost effective allocation social & search
- Sound knowledge of the execution of campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, DV360(DSP) on all formats & pricing models
- Develop & implement strategies to enhance brand awareness across multiple channels-Meta, Google
- Should be able to create media briefs, works on strategizing the approach & finalize the plans for the campaigns & post campaign analysis
- Maintaining media budget, ensuring cost effective allocation of resources to achieve the best ROI
- Manage & optimize media budgets, ensuring allocation of resources for maximum ROI
- Lead special projects & initiatives as per the brand goals & targets
- Collaborate with external partners & agencies for execution & media buying
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-4 years in media planning, digital marketing, or advertising.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
