Innover Digital - Manager - Inside Sales (8-12 yrs)
- 2+ years of team management with responsibility for both team performance and revenue
- 4+ years- experience working as a BD rep
- Experience as a working manager.
- Must have understanding of digital technologies.
- Must have experienced into international market.
- Be able to describe challenges faced and resolutions - both reviewed and enacted
- Be able to identify the characteristics of most successful person whom they have managed
- Types of incentives used - both ongoing (revenue, rewards, contests), and ad hoc (weekly or end of month push)
- Understanding of the types of systems used (CRM, email, LinkedIn, reporting, etc.)
- Having been involved in A-B testing for optimizing penetration and results
