Innovatiview - Associate - Corporate/B2B Sales (2-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Client Acquisition
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality and events space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other partners.
2. Business Development
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales across multiple business verticals, including banquets, events, and hospitality services.
- Participate in sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals with potential clients.
3. Account Management
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing personalized service and timely follow-ups.
- Handle client requirements for events, ensuring flawless execution and repeat business.
4. Market Research & Insights
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive competitive advantage.
- Provide inputs on pricing, packages, and promotional strategies.
5. Sales Reporting
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to the Director of Sales and CEO.
- Track key metrics and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
