We are Looking for: - Manager Marketing - Alliances & Partnerships:-
The candidate will manage 360 degrees of Alliances and Partnerships. This role is to create and grow the alliances function. Primarily responsibility for this role will be entering strategic tie-ups with beverage/Liquor brands, banks, POS companies, consultants, travel, OEMs, telecom, e-com, food, and resellers ensuring gainful engagement.
What will you do-
- Keen understanding of the business and its goals with the ability to identify and establish high impact strategic partnerships that will help achieve the organisation's goals.
- Drive all strategic alliances & partnerships end to end and sustain them with key stakeholders to drive TOM
- Engage with brands/partners to strike partnerships and develop special deals/offers.
- Work closely with the marketing team and product lead to building B2B2C and B2B offerings/customized solutions.
- Network and cultivate relationships, ensuring that the new relationships are smoothly on-boarded on to the platform in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a strong influence network to be leveraged across our marketing needs.
- Build close working relationships with the city teams to help elevate local market partnerships.
- Manage end to end partner relationship from driving the initial conversation, negotiation, contracting, execution at our end, billing/ invoicing, and payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting.

Key Skills
- Great communication skills (oral & written) who is efficient, diligent & willing to go the extra mile.
- Have an ability to look at the bigger picture without getting entangled in the obvious and the capability to think out of the box
- Ability to engage with senior management & C-suite executives
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Commercial savvy and can structure customised offerings, special deals
- Has deep understanding of online partnership models
- Ability to adapt and work with cross-functional teams
- Adept at Business development
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
Experience
- Overall 2+ years of experience in any of the following: - alliances/partnerships/online, B2B sales, business development or account management
- Well versed with online partnership models and its way of working
- Experience in B2B customer facing roles is preferred
- Understanding or exposure to the Loyalty industry is highly valued
