InnovationM - Executive - Business Development (0-1 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Research, identify and tenaciously generate new opportunities.
- Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline; maintain a high volume of activity including outbound cold calls, emails, & social selling
- Responsible for accurately tracking customer interactions and information in Salesforce
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
- Evangelize Salesforce and the on-demand model
- Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
Skills Required:
- Must have corporate sales experience (Good to have Salesforce BD experience)
- Should have experience with multiple channels of lead generation - Outbound (Data Mining,Email campaigns, multiple campaign management), Inbound (SEO), Calling, Social Media (LinkedIn) lead generation etc.
- Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale.
- Proven track record of success prospecting for new business
- Consistently exceeded monthly and annual sales quota.
- Must have Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
