InnovationM is an end-to end technology solution provider, we provide specialized design & development services in the technology space focusing on an end to end solution development (e.g. product development & custom application development) on mobile, web, middle-ware & server back-end. We have successfully built many web and mobile solutions for big brands like British Council, Dominos, Dunkin Donuts, Lenskart, OLX, e Tolling Solutions for National Highways (the one which you use in Delhi / NCR), Gatwick Airport (London), Mount Sinai Hospital (one of the biggest children hospital in New York). We do mostly development projects and believe in adopting modern technologies and frameworks in the shortest possible time.
What you will be doing:
1. Find prospects, generate sales opportunities and win accounts.
2. Present on the company's capabilities & offerings; Understand requirements and provide solutions(solution selling).
3. Create proposals by working closely with the pre-sales team & follow-up to closure.
4. Drive company revenues through sound sales practices by working closely with senior management.
5. Mine existing accounts to generate new business.
6. Manage a team of sales people.
What you must be good at:
1. Well-networked and connected with companies and key people in the IT industry
2. 0-1 year of experience in pre-sales & sales of software development services
3. Technical bend of mind with sound knowledge of software development & IT Industry
