What Are We Looking For :
We are looking out for a dynamic person for the position of Inside Sales Manager with experience in handling international markets within the IT services industry. We believe that this position plays a crucial role in initiating and nurturing relationships with international clients, understanding their needs, and effectively positioning the company's offerings. The manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through a proactive approach to identifying and engaging potential clients and motivating the inside sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Strategy and Planning : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
2. Lead Management and Conversion : Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Qualify leads generated through various channels and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain regular follow-up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close sales.
3. Team Leadership and Development :
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
4. Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and propose customized IT solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
5. Sales Reporting and Analysis :
- Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and sales performance.
- Use CRM tools to manage sales activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress and market insights.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven 7 - 10 years of experience as an Inside Sales Manager or similar role in a B2B service-based IT company.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
