What we are looking for :
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Lead to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the IT services industry, and will be responsible for leading our inside sales efforts. The Inside Sales Lead will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Strategy and Execution : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and target potential B2B clients in various industries. Lead the sales team in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to ensure team performance aligns with company goals.
2. Team Leadership and Development : Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives. Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the team's skills and performance. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
3. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Understand customer needs and provide tailored IT service solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Sales Process Management : Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
5. Market Research and Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Identify new business opportunities and market segments for expansion.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
