Innovaccer - Digital Marketing Role (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Strategist to undertake marketing initiatives for lead generation, brand awareness and pipeline progression. This role will be responsible for creating effective digital marketing strategies to build thought leadership (awareness/ visibility), promote content collaterals to generate engagement and generate pipeline for Innovaccer offerings. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer's interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.
A Day in the Life :
- Create and execute a 360 degree digital marketing plan to promote collaterals, events, product launches and solutions
- Identify & execute growth hacking techniques to leverage opportunities of maximizing subscribers, engagement and visibility
- Strategize & manage email marketing workflows & campaigns for awareness and lead generation
- Plan the digital campaigns calendar & execute critical digital marketing initiatives including webinars, newsletters, etc.
- Social Media Management through proactive content creation & posting, community management & spokespeople image management for meeting monthly engagement targets and brand awareness
- Plan & execute Paid campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
- Run Email Campaigns for Lead Generation
- Manage data on Hubspot & other reporting tools
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure end-to-end tracking and reporting of campaign metrics and optimal campaign performance
- Optimize landing page performance to ensure maximum on-page conversions
- Experience working with affiliate partners would be an added advantage
What You Need :
- Bachelors is a must, MBA/PGDM degree would be preferred
- Marketing / campaign management experience with any agency would be a bonus.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Excellent knowledge of the campaign briefing process
- Managing/Maintaining all the documentation required in the campaigning process
- Brownie points for proficiency in Marketing Automation tools (like Pardot/Hubspot) and Email Marketing Tools
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
