What are we doing?
Innovaccer is building the future of healthcare by creating tools and technologies to enable an ecosystem of ISV (independent Software Vendors) to build on the Innovaccer Health cloud. We are looking for an associate to work closely with leaders and be responsible for Partnership Management with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) who build solutions on the Innovaccer Health Cloud.
As an ISV (Independent Software Vendor) Success Manager, you will lead engagement with top software and digital health organizations. You will collaborate with partners to drive joint GTM (Go-To-Market) and Sell-With success, bring innovative solutions to customers, help them engage with and nurture their clients, differentiate their offerings and customer experience, and work across the Innovaccer Partner and Sales Teams to enhance and grow partner-related revenue at Innovaccer. Partner success and market penetration will be a key reason why more partners will join this program, so this person has to have a very outward-in perspective.
What you will be doing can be broken down into Marketing, Business Development, Developer Evangelist and Operational skill sets:
Business Development Skills:
- You need to be a businessperson at the core but have a good handle on technology and be able to speak the language to appeal to developers.
- Be the "Go To" resource for ensuring key high-profile joint sales opportunities are sourced, developed and closed.
- Drive sales execution across activities, including coordination of lead generation-related and joint sales enablement activities between your ISV partners and the Innovaccer field organizations.
- Lead regular pipeline reviews to ensure pipeline information is thorough and accurate according to Innovaccer's sales stages. Hold reviews with both ISV and Innovaccer sales teams to identify best practices and lessons to be learned.
- You will interface with the most senior decision makers and executives at the ISVs and you will need to be exceptional to build a compelling value proposition for these ISV partners.
- Collaboration with Product Teams to shape the developer toolkit roadmap, working with sales to ensure right customer targets, work with solution architects to help architect the solutions.
- Experience in launching App Stores / Marketplaces at an enterprise level. Marketing Skills:
- Orchestrate different marketing resources to attract a community of Healthcare Startup companies and motivate them to build on Innovaccer Health Cloud with the Innovaccer marketing team to support ISV partner Sell-With and GTM activities and create/ maintain a long-term, scalable joint GTM model that drives partner and customer success.
- Be well versed with lead-gen programs and collaborate with Marketing to guide the direction and strategy of marketing programs.
Relationship Management and Operational Skills:
- Develop and maintain relationships with technical thought leaders, influencers, leaderships at the ISV organizations that are your partners and their counterparts at your clients.
- Know and build the content that excites them, understand proof points and the pain points, work with the Growth Strategy team to build the right kind of demonstrations.
- Broker internal resources, tools, references and/or investments needed to execute on the business plans in order to help meet the set goals.
- Lead Prospecting, negotiating, purchasing and onboarding efforts for such tools.
What You Need for this Position:
The ideal candidate is an accomplished leader (2-5 yrs. of experience) with a strong background in technology in the industry, experienced at influencing innovation with ISV technology partners and with the presence to engage with decision makers at the executive level. You will have strong business development, product management, strategic alliances, and entrepreneurial skills. You can demonstrate an ability to think strategically about new business models, solution selling, and show prior solution and program successes.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role but not more than 5 years of overall experience.
- Experience in a role like this at another SaaS platform company serving the B2B segment, preferably catering to the US Healthcare Industry.
- Exposure or knowledge of CRM tools, like, Hubspot, Salesforce and Data Visualization tools, like, PowerBI or Tableau is preferable, not mandatory.
- Excellent communication (verbal, written) skills and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Comfortable presenting and defending ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter with an ability to follow through under minimal supervision. Autonomous and able to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
- Ability to set strategy and direction and be the business thought leader.
