Innoppl - Senior Manager/Manager - Business Development (8-16 yrs)
We are seeking a Senior Manager - Business Development to support our growing organization.
You will have a proven track record IT Service Sales and delivery complemented with a strong technical background to engage at all the level. You will be a self-starter brimming with enthusiasm and drive to grow the business in this demanding competitive digital age. You will need to be resourceful yet with a sophisticated edge to close sales.-
Minimum of 8 to 16 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales and Team building. Should have experience in selling services to for US / UK Market.
Core Competencies:
- Candidate should have at least 8+ years of sales experience.
- Past work should include selling services / Product to the US and/or UK market from the offshore location.
- Industry exposure like IT / ITES / E-commerce is a must.
- Well versed in selling technology & digital services.
- Ability to handle inside sales team of more than 10 people.
- Should have a track record of handling over 1 million in new sales.
- Competent enough to independently handle prospects and showcase corporate presentation.
- Good in understand client requirements/needs.
- Collaborates with delivery and pre-sales in getting the proposal done on-time.
- Ability to present proposals over web meeting and handle price negotiations.
- One who is paranoid about meeting quarterly numbers.
- Diligent in follow-ups for closures.-
Work Location: Chennai, Tamilnadu.
