Innoplexus - Executive - International Business Development (3-5 yrs)
Job specifications:
- Experience in:
- End to end sales process.
- Lead generation via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn mails etc. Preferably in the US/EU market.
- Prior work experience in serving big pharma is a plus.
- Handling high valued clients/enterprise businesses.
- Pitching and demonstrating solutions.
- Achieving set monthly targets.
- Supporting RFPs/RFQs.
- Day-to-day activities would include:
- Research prospective accounts in EU/US markets and identify sales opportunities.
- Contacting potential clients via email and phone.
- Develop proactive relationships with department heads/C-level executives and other decision-makers.
- Keep the prospective client database updated.
- Arrange meetings for global KAMs with prospective clients.
- Support KAMs in intel collection and provide required supports in closing the deal.
Competencies and skills required :
- Experience with CRM tools like ZOHO / SalesForce.
- Strong communication skills- written and verbal.
- Relationship building skills.
- Telephone & email etiquettes.
- Must have good negotiations and convincing skills.
