Associate Business Manager - Marketing and Sales
Job Description :
- Understand customers' diverse & specific business needs
- Apply product knowledge to meet customer needs
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns
- Conduct research and analyse data to identify and define target segment/s
- Monitor digital footprint and manage progress
- Establish and maintain connect with prospects and customers
- Keep focus on penetration of products and services into identified target segments
- Write business proposal and negotiate contract terms
- Compile data and update senior management periodically with progress and plan
- Travel for business on a short notice
Minimum Requirements :
- MBA in Marketing or Sales, or a graduate in Software Engineering with relevant 0-1 years of experience, with minimum score of 60% in all key academic assessments,
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of sales cycle, specifically for software products and services will be plus
- Understands Software Development Lifecycle and proficient in MS-Office Will be a plus
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people, coming from diverse geographic locations and cultural backgrounds
