InnoGen - Manager - Marketing (5-6 yrs)
We are hiring a Marketing Manager for our Bangalore office, located in Peenya second stage. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing budgets and resources, overseeing campaigns and projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
To be eligible for this position, you should have :
- An MBA degree in Marketing or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the manufacturing sector
- Excellent communication skills in Kannada, Hindi and English
- A proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets
- A strong leadership and team-building ability
- A creative and analytical mindset
- A willingness to learn and adapt to changing market trends
The ideal candidate should also be between 30 to 35 years of age, as we are looking for someone who can grow with us and take our company to the next level.
