Innoflaps - Head - Sales & Marketing (0-3 yrs)
Innoflaps are looking a guy who is passionate to join a startup to make a career . We are a early startup and working 7-8 people . We have some monthly sales. Person who will join the team would be the first for sale and marketing.
We have B2B and B2B2C and B2C sale model .
Role and Responsibility:
- Increase Sale from 70 K to 2-3 Lac per month
- Build a team for sale.
- Manage the day to day hot calls.
- Focus on cold calls for B2B market with Interns and Executives
- Help to Prepare the content for SEO and website.
- Drive the SEO consultant, brand consultant, PR
- Help to prepare the contents like PPT, videos for customer.
- Have a capability to expand sale team in different tire-1 Cities and create the dealers.
- Track daily basses sale and marketing activity
- Prepare monthly, Qty, Yearly sale and marketing plan.
If willing to do :
Participate in fund raising activity .
Participate in startup competition
We are looking a guy who can join the core team and directly work with Co-founder and adviser
Salary : As per early Satrtup
Innoflaps is the startup to help the millions of people who have speech and language problems such as stammering, delay speech & language in children. Experienced team of SLPs and engineers developed home based speech devices. Prior to this team has several years of clinical experience in speech therapy. We stand at a point where clinical experiences meet technology, which is to say that we are researchers in the field of speech complexities and manufacturer of speech products.
