About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Senior Government Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts within the police vertical across India. The role requires extensive experience in selling SaaS or Data Analytics solutions and building relationships with high-ranking law enforcement officers, such as Police Commissioners and ADG-level officers. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing digital transformation in public safety through strategic engagement with government stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target law enforcement agencies (Police Verticals) at central, state, and city levels.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-ranking officers, including Police Commissioners and ADG-level officers, to promote the value of digital transformation in policing.
- Present and demonstrate SaaS and Data Analytics solutions tailored to address challenges in law enforcement, public safety, and crime prevention.
- Manage the end-to-end government procurement process, including tenders, RFPs, and empanelment's, ensuring compliance with all standards and requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and implementation teams, to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with customer expectations.
- Stay informed about trends, challenges, and opportunities in the public safety sector and provide insights to refine product offerings.
Professional Experience :
- 15+ years of experience in B2G sales (Police Verticals), with at least 10 years focused on SaaS or Data Analytics solutions.
- Proven success in selling to police and law enforcement agencies across India.
- Strong network of high-ranking connections, including Police Commissioners and ADG-level officers.
