Job Description: Inside Sales Intern
Job Title: Inside Sales Intern
Duration: 6 Months internship. It will convert to full time job based on performance.
Location: Delhi
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Marketing Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Database Building & Lead Research:
- Research and build a targeted list of leads using B2B databases like Lusha, Apollo, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct prospect research on LinkedIn and reach out using multiple channels like Email, WhatsApp, InMail.
- Conduct in-depth secondary research to gather contact information such as emails and phone numbers of potential prospects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and other sales tools.
Cold Email Campaigns :
- Write compelling and personalized cold emails to prospects to initiate business conversations.
- Work closely with the sales team to align prospects and schedule meetings.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospects to maximize meeting opportunities.
Drip Emails & Email Sequences :
- Understand and assist in the creation of drip email campaigns and email sequences.
- Monitor and optimize email performance, including open rates and responses.
- Support the sales team by managing follow-up sequences effectively.
Pressure Handling & Time Management :
- Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude under pressure.
Desired Skills and Qualifications :
- Strong research and data gathering skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and email marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment.
- Experience with email marketing tools or CRM software is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo).
