Job Description for Sales Lead position

Recruiting to work as a Lead-sales North India and generate new business of prepaid energy meter and supporting software segment of Delhi-NCR sales region and to grow market share by improving company approach at end clients.
Responsibilities :
- New customer acquisition in the emerging market categories and conversion of leads.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholder's in completing customer transactions and resolving issues.
- Partnered and onboarding Apartments on digital payments and delivering MOM growth in each business matrix.
- Driving key business metrics, merchant acquisitions and retention, consumer acquisition and retention, transactions, gross transacting value, average order value, ARPU,GMV(Gross Merchandise value) and transaction run rate, leading a team of FSE and KAM.
- Part of team that constructs new business lines from scratch.
- Pitch solutions to a customer and explain all the features and benefits of a particular product or service.
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches and strategies.
- Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals such that it meets client's requirement.
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
- Help sales executives during the technical presentations.
- Respond to a request for information (RFIs) or request for proposals (RFPs) from customers.
- Determine the technical requirement to meet customer goals.
- Leading product enhancements discussions with tech team and managing a field team.
Required skills :
- Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer.
- Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions.
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives.
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Should have own vehicle.
