Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our team in achieving business growth and client satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with clients, ensuring smooth inter-departmental communication, and driving revenue while building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support: Assist the sales team by managing schedules, preparing sales proposals, and ensuring the adequacy of sales-related materials.

Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Documentation Management: Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and financial data in electronic form, presenting reports as needed using CRM tools.

Order Processing: Handle the accurate and timely processing of all orders, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure prompt delivery and addressing any unforeseen delays or issues.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends to support the sales team's strategic planning.

Event Coordination: Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional materials and events, collaborating with marketing and other departments to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in sales or a related role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM tools, with hands-on experience in Zoho CRM being an advantage.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
