Inker Robotics - Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing (5-10 yrs)
ROLE OUTLINE:
This position reports to the Business Centre Head. The primary responsibility is to manage and support functions essential for cost effective and latest standards/methods of selling and marketing, effectively lead and train the sales force to ensure targeted productivity.
TYPICAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Assistant Manager - Sales and Marketing job duties are broad and varied and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Collaborating with Sales Team on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business development & marketing plans.
- Capable of working as individual contributor, to single-handedly plan and execute sale related activities.
- Achieving planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets within the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product training
- Promoting the organization and its products and services.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products and services.
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client queries and follow-up and respond to client requests with proposals.
- Conducting informative presentations (approved by the management); presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database/pipeline of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM, MS Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
The most common skills and attributes that are most needed for this role may include:
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5-year work experience in Sales and Marketing with Edu-Tech or equivalent sales background will be an added advantage.
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
- Willingness to learn about the advancements in robotics & new age technology.
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour.
- Able to professionally and confidently communicate with the management.
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Demonstrated and proven sales results.
- Ability to work independently as well as an active member of a team.
SALARY
- Rs.20,000 plus sales incentives.
Working days / Office time
- Monday to Saturday - 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
