Ingersoll Rand - Area Sales Manager (7-12 yrs)
Job responsibility:
- Relationship management - end users, consultants & contractor
- Mapping the customer requirement
- Facilitating sales team to achieve the sales target
- Increasing the customer base
- Increasing market penetration
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
- Supervises the direct sales process and drives the achievement of sales targets according to company sales policy.
- Drives revenue generation in a local sales office and key accounts within a geographic area or market.
- Monitors performance of limited sales/sales administration resources to ensure quotas are met. May perform selective field inspections and conduct meetings as required.
