Responsibilities for cluster manager :
- To set targets together with the customers and to follow up the results
- To develop and support marketing and POS activities
- To monitor display/assortment share and to ensure adequate presence of products at the point of sale
- To ensure information flow within the organisation in order to enable the team to achieve optimum results for the customers
- To optimise customer support through alignment of company processes
- To provide feedback to the organization regarding market conditions and competitor activities so as to facilitate quick and appropriate response to changing sales conditions
- To participate in any company activities in order to reduce costs, inventory and accounts receivable
- Develop and execute site master plans for the cluster plants that will enable growth, innovation and efficiency and promote the roll out of a high performance work environment
- Identify and contract new prospect accounts both in the Corporate as MICE segment in order to achieve personal and hotel revenue targets
- Monitor performance on a monthly basis in order to review variances, pace and developments
