InfraBeat - Senior Sales Manager (9-15 yrs)
Job Summary:
- Align technology with business strategy, working directly with the client throughout the project sales life cycle - business requirements gathering, ensuring the requirements and gaps are addressed by suggested modules. Clear Understanding of Budgets and Decision Makers.
- Engage customer business and IT stakeholders to help them understand the various facets of the communication and engage to close the sales cycle on the FastTrack model.
- Clearly communicate realistic commitments and consistently deliver against those commitments.
- As a Sales and Pre-Sales, you don- t just translate the customer's current processes into SAP, but you also use your expertise to question, explore and co-create new processes together with the customer to offer them the best. Solution for their needs and industry.
- Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business
- Preparation of presentations about the solutions or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department
- Creation of marketing concepts
- Coordination and organization of demand generating activities like company events or workshops
- Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers- demands
- Determine telemarketing quality standards by studying inbound and outbound pre inside sales and sales calls. Suggesting improvisation in their engagement
- Evaluates telemarketing approaches by rating effectiveness of g service representatives; identifying training needs; developing training programs; conducting training.
- Directs quality initiatives by requiring adherence to quality assurance policies and procedures; developing new models; implementing changes.
- Motivate and encourage the team through positive communication and feedback.
- Set and meet performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments related to real estate.
- Forecast and analyse data on a weekly and/or monthly basis.
- Work in sync with the product development team and develop sustainable and commercially viable products.
Understand customer needs and make sales presentations.
- Build lasting relationships with customers.
- Prepare sales proposals and train other sales representatives from time to time
Qualification and Skills
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Solution-oriented analytical skills.
- Ability to initiate conversations and make a lasting impact.
- Well-versed with Excel and CRM software.
- Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment
- Motivated, persistent, eager to optimize, drive for excellence
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis
- Excellent Verbal and Written Skills
- Ability to successfully work with multi-functional and international teams/clients.
Additional requirements:
- Ability to deliver a improvement solution with successful outcomes
- Strong knowledge of Solution, Industry, procurement policy and procedures development
-Expertise in Supplier Management and supplier risk management
- Contract tendering and contract management experience
- As well as technical knowledge and experience, you must be able to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, commercial acumen and ability to thrive in a team environment.
Education Requirement:
Bachelors or Master's Degree in Sales or Marketing or equivalent
