InfoVision - Analyst - Social Media (0-1 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- The candidate in this position will be responsible for working on research assignments for clients based out of the US region (primarily)
- He/she will be responsible for analyzing large volumes of unstructured social media data and presenting it in a structured and well defined format to both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong experience in creating robust search queries using advanced Boolean operators
- Ability and enthusiasm in generating insights from online conversations and having the business sense in generating relevant insights & high level recommendations
- Has to take a complete ownership of their research responsibilities and produce quality output within stipulated deadlines
- Ability and experience in working under tight deadlines and willingness to extend based on business requirements
- Should be able to take feedback from internal stakeholders and successfully integrate it into their systems
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Should be an independent thinking, self-motivated individual with a go getting attitude
Requirements :
- Understanding of the different social media channels and the basic difference in the data generated from parallel sources (primary & secondary sources)
- Proficient in MS Office (MS excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Strong problem solving & communication skills (verbal and written)
- MBA/PGDBM from Premier Business School
