Manager - Media/Ad Sales (5-27 yrs)
Job Role of Ad Sales:
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding KPIs set by the Manager.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Gathering feedback and translating them back to the team.
- Well versed with Media Clients and Agencies(B2B advertising on our company website ).
- Have retail,Gov, Education client base in designated locations.
- Identify research and target potential business prospects towards increasing the market share.
- Drive revenue growth by selling event spaces and intellectual properties (IPs) to clients, leveraging iTV network's brand and audience.
- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and negotiate deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Event Sales -
- Plan and Identify new business opportunities, sell event sponsorship, activations
- Develop customized event packages, proposals and presentations to achieve revenue goals
- Negotiate and manage sponsorship agreements to ensure successful activation and fulfillment
- Collaborate with editorial and production teams to ensure successful integration of sponsorships
Qualifications:
- You have at least 5+ year experience within a Business Development (B2B) or Sales/ Key Account Management role, ideally within the Digital/TV industry.
- You have prior experience in dealing with Sales Prospects.
- Have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage relationships.
