Position Overview: The Head of Product Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for our analytics software products. This role will work closely with the product development, sales, and customer success teams to ensure our products meet market demands and achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing, a deep understanding of analytics software, and a proven track record of driving product success.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategy Development :

- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for our analytics software products.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target customers.

Product Launch :

- Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful product launches.

- Develop and manage launch plans, including timelines, deliverables, and communication strategies.

- Create and deliver compelling product marketing materials, including sales collateral, presentations, and case studies.

Sales Enablement :

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver training programs, tools, and resources that enable effective selling.

- Provide ongoing support to the sales team by addressing product-related inquiries and delivering key messaging.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Customer Engagement :

- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.

- Create and manage customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies.

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Metrics and Reporting :

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing initiatives.

- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and product launches.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations for executive leadership.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on analytics software or related technology.

- Proven track record of successful product launches and go-to-market strategy execution.

- Strong understanding of the analytics software market and customer needs.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
