Job Role and Responsibilities - Inside Sales Executive
Job Location : WFH
Experience : 5-8 yrs
Shift : Night 7PM-3AM
Responsibilities :
- Experience working in a Services based company.
- Strong exposure in New Business Development - searching for international (overseas business)
- Extensive experience in IT Business driving and implementing new business solutions.
- Responsible for Overall overseas Sales & Business Development and Revenue Generation.
- Responsible for Marketing of New IT software Products and Services.
- Responsible for Overall Client Service Delivery & Management.
- Led a Team of Sales Account Managers and Pre-Sales Managers. (if applicable)
- Contesting, Evaluating, Bidding, Submitting and Executing Tenders.
- Training, Mentoring & Development of the Sales Team.
- Broad knowledge in Consulting, Systems Design and Integration dealing with various technology products.
- Highly motivated individual with a proven ability to develop and commercialize all aspects of the business.
- Global Partner Management, Client Relationship & Service Delivery Management and Operations.
- Global Services Delivery Outsourcing
- Meeting & Engaging with C Level Executives & Decision makers for the required process
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling IT/Software services like BI, AI/ML, Cloud, Data Analytics, and products, preferably working in a leading IT services and products firm with prior experience of working with offshore teams
- You should have proven experience and a successful track record of selling technology solutions and services
- You should have a demonstrated ability to create and nurture new business opportunities while bringing value to customers
- You should be self-driven, constantly learning, and innovative in your ways of working
