About the Role :
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Lead Generation Specialist with a strong background in the IT industry. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business leads in the IT sector. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our products and services.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate closely with the upper management to develop effective lead-generation strategies, campaigns, and marketing collateral. Make recommendations for optimizing lead generation strategies and improve overall sales performance.
- Lead Generation utilizing various techniques to identify and target potential clients in the IT industry, including but not limited to market research, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Engage with leads to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to determine if our services align with their needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by addressing their inquiries, providing relevant information, and nurturing leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the management to develop and refine sales scripts, presentations, and materials tailored to the IT industry. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, and new technologies to effectively position our services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities. Track and manage the lead pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate next steps to move leads through the sales process.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on lead generation activities. Provide feedback and insights from lead interactions to enhance marketing initiatives and refine target audience profiles.
Requirements :
- A bachelor's OR master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business lead generation, preferably within the IT industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish productive relationships with potential clients.
- Well-versed in Word, Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles and methodologies. Demonstrated success in generating and qualifying leads resulting in new business opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate lead data, measure campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactive and driven individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
