About the Role :
As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to develop varied solutions ranging from automation, optimization, performance improvement for strategic business and marketing programs. You should have a passion to dive deep, with strong attention to detail, a high level of customer focus, and a track record of transforming marketing performance data into digestible, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead efforts to optimize processes, reporting and create new workflows to scale.
- Implement new technologies/platforms and automation as needed to support sales team.
- Work with tech, CRM and business intelligence teams to develop marketing automation framework internally so as to seamlessly run and track marketing campaigns and their impact on sales cycle.
- Manage and maintain client facing marketing calendars outlining the latest plans.
- Prepare compelling weekly and monthly marketing reports or dashboards for internal review, easy to use by all stakeholders.
- Consolidate campaign data and format results for leadership presentations.
- Regularly pull benchmark data and marketing results to provide insights and recommendations to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize email and on-site performance for marketing KPIs.
- Support the marketing team on ad-hoc data requests
- Keep up with marketing, digital best practices and industry trends.

- Ability to define, measure and assess the progress against the set business goals
- Multitasking abilities - Timely execution on multiple business priorities
- Strong attention to detail and highly analytical
- Natural ability to read between numbers.
