Job Objective : The objective of this role is to resolve key accounts queries related to the business portal, its features and services. Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage a portfolio of premium clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders

- Act as the primary point of contact for premium clients, responding to inquiries and providing solutions to their needs

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute account plans to ensure great customer experience

- Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for optimization

- Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing any issues or concerns and escalating as necessary

- Develop and deliver regular reports to clients on their usage and performance, highlighting key insights and opportunities for improvement

- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities of improvement

Required Skills:

- 4+ years of experience in client success or account management, preferably with premium clients

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve results

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
