Role Overview:

The Business Growth Lead at Influir Media plays a pivotal role in driving the agency's expansion and revenue streams within the advertising industry. This position requires a dynamic individual with a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role, possessing a deep understanding of lead generation, B2B sales methodologies, and effective company marketing strategies.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, utilizing effective lead generation tactics and B2B sales methods in the advertising industry.

- Implement inbound and outbound sales approaches to foster and expand client relationships within the B2B domain.

- Create and manage innovative lead generation campaigns, leveraging market insights and networking to identify new business prospects.

- Craft persuasive pitches, presentations, and proposals to secure new clients, aligning solutions with client needs and Influir Media's capabilities.

- Collaborate with teams to ensure tailored solutions meet client expectations and agency strengths.

- Cultivate existing client relationships to maintain satisfaction levels and explore opportunities for account expansion.

- Drive marketing initiatives for Influir Media, strategizing and executing campaigns to enhance the agency's visibility.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales and marketing strategies for sustained growth.

- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, providing regular reports and insights for improvement.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

- 1+ years of similar advertising industry experience, demonstrating proficiency in lead generation, B2B sales, and marketing strategies.

- Strong skills in devising tailored lead generation strategies relevant to the advertising landscape.

- Sound understanding of B2B sales methodologies and a successful track record in closing deals.

- Proven experience in executing effective marketing campaigns for company promotion.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.

- Strategic thinking and the capacity to translate strategies into actionable plans.

- Proficiency in CRM software.
