Role Overview :

Business development role at Influir Media plays a pivotal role in driving the agency's expansion and revenue streams within the Influencer Marketing industry. This position requires a dynamic individual with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, possessing a deep understanding of lead generation, B2B sales methodologies, and effective company marketing strategies.

Location- Gurugram Sec-44

Responsibilities :

- Research and identify potential brand.

- Create comprehensive partnership proposals outlining the benefits and opportunities of collaborating with brand.

- Engage in negotiations with potential brands to secure favourable terms and conditions for partnership agreements.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for brands, maintaining strong and collaborative relationships. Ensure effective communication and timely resolution of any issues or concerns.

- Work closely with internal teams, to develop and execute partnership initiatives. Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and activations in collaboration with brands.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnership initiatives, tracking key metrics and performance indicators. Use data insights to optimize partnership strategies and drive continuous improvement.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities related to brands. Leverage insights to identify new partnership opportunities and innovative collaboration ideas.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Proven track record in sales, business development and brand partnerships, within the advertising, marketing, or media industry.

- 2+ years of relevant experience in sales, brand partnerships, business development, preferably in advertising industry.

- In-depth understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and branding trends.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Excellent presentation skills.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.

- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
