Influencer Marketing Role - Skincare (0-1 yrs)

Qualification & skills requirements :
- Proven work experience within Influencer Marketing.
- Certification in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing is Preferred.
- Proven experience in planning and managing influencer campaigns and maintaining longer-term relations with them is necessary.
- Prior Connections with the skincare Influencers are beneficial.
- Excellent Negotiation and persuasion skills are two must have qualification for this position.
- Must be self-disciplined, energetic and enthusiastic about working and taking responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well alone, as well as with different departments across the business is crucial.
- Paid social knowledge is beneficial, but not essential.
- Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively is necessary.
- Must have excellent time management, organizing, and multitasking abilities.
- A self-starter with respect for others' points of view is how we expect you to function.
Role & responsibilities :
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers
- Onboarding the Influencers within the budget
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
- Following Creative approaches to influencer campaigns on emerging trends, technologies and influencers
- Working with Marketing Team to ideate content and Create content accordingly for different brands of the company.
- Work with the team to define the right approach for influencers to meet the set objectives. Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiating fair rates for content, and ensuring the relevant agreements are in place.
- Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience.
- Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
- Work alongside the Audience Insights and use social listening tools to identify and build an understanding of our target audiences and trends
- Agree objectives for campaigns considering traffic, brand awareness, customer retention, online reputation, leads or sales as a starting point
- Analyze the end of campaign performance, coming back to the campaign objectives and business goals, and identifying successes and areas for improvement
