Influencer Marketing Role - Health & Wellness Brand (2-3 yrs)

Our client is D2C Health and wellness brand based out in Bangalore. They are on a mission to make nutrition clean, accessible, and convenient. They are looking to hire an influencer marketing person, someone who brings 3+ years of experience in managing influencer, building partnerships.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for partnerships and collaborations across all relevant platforms, focusing on brand storytelling.

- Create engaging and informative content that resonates with the target audience from the partner's perspective.

- Collaborate closely with the growth team to understand weekly metrics and monthly targets.

- Manage and maintain a monthly partnership calendar across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

- Analyze partnership data to identify areas for improvement.

- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure consistency and alignment across all social media initiatives.

- Stay informed about the latest influencer trends and best practices.

- Oversee partnership shoots and explore collaboration opportunities beyond daily partnership content.

Requirements :

- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing influencer and brand partnerships.

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, including their algorithms.

- Experience in working with influencers, strategizing content tailored to the creator's niche, and managing a partnership calendar.

- Ability to stay current with social trends, conversations, and moment marketing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a reasonable level of negotiation expertise.

- Ability to recommend brand and influencer collaborations that align with the client's objectives.

- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze social media and influencer metrics to develop performance-based creative strategies.

- Capable of planning and managing monthly campaigns and content calendars for creators.

- Quick to learn and adaptable to tasks with tight deadlines.
