Influencer Marketing Role - eCommerce (1-5 yrs)
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Influencer Marketing
- Serve as the POC for all influencer activities
- Managing client's biggest influencer marketing campaigns
- Influencer Campaign Creation
- Liase with brand teams to understand, strategize, plan and execute campaigns
- Thorough understanding of business objectives, brand goals and requirements
- Drafting Quarterly and Monthly plans
- Influencer Management
- Maintaining a relationship with all the key influencers in the industry
- Briefing and communicating key campaign objectives to the influencers
- Ensuring the smooth execution of our campaigns
- Negotiating and maintaining good commercials on a bi-annual basis
- Influencer Campaign Execution
- Familiarity with briefing documents
- Creating monthly and campaign based reports
- Ensuring regular tracking and full delivery on all brand deliverables
- Ensuring high-quality of content and communication during influencer execution
- Logistics management; preparing hampers and dispatching products to influencers
- Ensuring all processes are followed accurately
- Ensuring all campaign deadlines are honoured and maintained
Key skills we are looking for:
- Outstanding Communication & Interpersonal skills
- The role involves liaising with external vendors, influencers, brand teams as well as other internal spokespeople so verbal and written communication skills are paramount
- Project management skills
- Multitasking skills are vital
- Familiarity with Social Media and influencer content is a must
- Familiarity with current and emerging digital media platforms such as Google, Facebook,Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest forums and blogs is important
- Great time management skills
- Someone with attention to detail is a must
