Influencer Content Manager - Content & Communication - eCommerce (4-9 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities :
- Lead, oversee and assist in the closing of business deals between HealthKart (such as brands, agencies and production studios) and influencers
- Build and maintain a great working relationship with Influencers - paid as well as barter
- Identify the right set of established and upcoming influencers across brands (TrueBasics, HK Vitals & bGREEN) to grow the portfolio
- Device and execute end-to-end Influencer marketing strategy for the brand
- Competitive benchmarking around influencer activations to maintain maximum share of voice for the brand on social media
- Work on a business model to work with the influencers to optimize the results through the association on a long term basis
Skills and Experience :
- Bachelor's/PG in marketing
- Should have worked with a mix set of influencers - category A+, A, B, micro
- Knowledge of short form video platforms such as YouTube, Instagram
- understand nuances of working with influencers on these platforms
- Should have experience of 5-7 years with a minimum of 2 years in Influencer marketing & management
- Great negotiation skills to ensure maximum ROI for the budgets
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills with a sales driven mindset
- Great time management as you will need to coordinate multiple projects at a time
- Great at building relationships and project management skills
