Highly Motivated Sales Representatives for a U.S. based Fintech SaaS startup


We are a U.S. based Fintech startup with the aim to transform the U.S. mortgage industry with our bleeding edge SaaS solutions built on the Salesforce platform.


Job Profile :

- Build new clients database via a mixture of cold calling and warm leads follow-up.

- Should have the ability to do social media profiling of the leads, generate contact details and initiate first level contact with existing leads through calls & emails.

- Set meetings, prepare for those meetings, conduct the meetings, follow-up, work on proposals, close deals, keep customers happy

- Meet or Exceed Monthly Activity, Lead Generation, Opportunity Creation and Revenue Completion targets.

- Provide regular status update on leads generated, opportunities created, demons scheduled, demos completed and revenue closed. Should have the ability to maintain detailed CRM logs and follow set workflow and internal approvals.

- Confidently execute online demos and presentations to prospects and be up to speed with our competitor landscape and our unique positioning.

- Should have a strong objection handling mind frame, ideally, a conversation starter and can keep people engaged. You know how to work through different roles & profiles of an organization and work your way through to the decision maker.

Ideal Candidate :

- Minimum 3 years of relevant Inside Sales/Tele Sales/Outbound Sales experience with exposure in a closing role.

- Excellent communication skills and a rapport building ability. Strong listening skills, objection handling, and articulation.

- The best candidate will drive proposals, business cases, and responses to customers- business requirements and take a consultative sales approach.

Education : Preferably Graduate (Full-time course) with technical bent of mind
