Purpose of the role - The VP Product is responsible for Infisuites's product planning and execution all through the lifecycle of the business. This is inclusive of gathering and prioritizing requirements for the product, defining the vision for the product, and collaborating with other stakeholders in order to ensure that the financials goals of the product are met.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate new business revenue by identifying, engaging and closing target prospect opportunities through the development of key relationships at multiple points within complex matrix organizations.
- Work strategically to prospect and win high profile new business accounts through lead generation to securing contracts.
- Prospect for new opportunities in collaboration with our lead generation teams as well as identifying and developing opportunities from within your territory.
- Build a strong understanding of the solution and a deep understanding of the customer value proposition.
What we- re looking for :
- Extensive experience in software sales with demonstrable experience in an enterprise SaaS environment into HR solutions preferred.
- Proven track record of success in high-value enterprise technology deal management with a clear understanding of the SaaS buying cycle and of exceeding quota.
- Previous software sales experience in the Human Resources and/or ERP space preferred but not essential.
- Collaborative, high energy, charismatic, innovative, and creative individual with leadership DNA
- Proven experience launching new products and growing to a mature business
- A history of success communicating new technology-based B2B products to CIOs and Developers. B2B experience is a must
- Demonstrated experience bringing new categories to market: driving company positioning, branding, launch messaging, etc.
Qualification Summary
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Product Management and/or Consulting.
