InfinityX - Inside Sales Role (2-4 yrs)
Role Summary :
- Work in either an office environment or a retail setting selling products to customers. Responsible for gaining new leads and converting them into ongoing customers by building lasting connections and relationships with them.
- Have the ability to strike a balance between aggressively selling products
- Ability to provide great customer service
- Motivated & dedicated individual with expert time management skills
Responsibilities :
- Meeting Prospects for industry 4.0 solution selling
- Identify opportunities and suggest a solution to the industries
- CRM handling
- Making commercial proposals
- Negotiating & closing deals with end customers
- Key account management
- Knowledge about industry 4.0 solutions
- Identify correct prospect
- To indentify industry requirements
- Generate new business by identiying opportunities in manufacturing industries and associated domains, e.g. Plant & machinery, Industrial Designing, etc
- To be one point of contact for all customer needs for Pre & Post sales service
- Responsible for revenue generation with new & existing clients
Skills :
- Excellent communication skills in verbal & written (Business email writing)
- Should have a flair to sell & achieve targets
- Sharp Logical skills
- Sales Driven
Competencies required : Knowledge of IOT, AR VR technologies
