About the Role:

As an Academic Counsellor at Infinity Learn, you will be the face of the company, assisting students and parents in understanding how Infinity Learn's innovative learning solutions can empower Grades 6 to 12+ students to achieve academic success. This is an individual contributor role in a high-performance, employee-focused environment that values innovative learning and consultative sales approaches.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales Achievement:

- Drive sales growth through consultative outbound and follow-up calls with prospective students and parents.

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closure.

Client Engagement:

-Handle objections effectively and conduct price negotiations to achieve sales revenue t argets.

-Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge:

- Develop an in-depth understanding of Infinity Learn's products and services.

- Communicate the benefits and unique value propositions effectively to potential clients.

Desired Skills:

- A strong sales acumen and a result-driven approach.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
