Infinity Learn - Assistant Manager - Lead Generation (3-7 yrs)
Assistant Manager - Lead Generation
- In this role, you will be responsible for the lead management efforts, with a strong emphasis on the effectiveness of various channels. Your goal will be to nurture the leads, execute campaigns and manage the lead flow across the sales teams in the BU.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead generation : Execute targeted campaigns primarily on SMS, WhatsApp to generate high intent leads facilitating a personalized approach to lead conversion.
- Lead allocation : Work closely with the BU to allocate the leads to the sales floor through Leadsquared CRM and manage the entire flow
- Lead Nurturing : Create automated journeys to nurture the leads generated from various sources using marketing automation platforms such as webengage, cleverTap, etc.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, gain insights, and make data-informed decisions to improve the campaign strategies
- Content Creation for ABM : Collaborate with the Marketing team and the Business Unit to create better messaging and campaign content
- CRM and Database Management : Manage the lead CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of lead interactions and effectiveness of various channels
- Collaboration with Sales Team : Work closely with the sales team to align with sales objectives help manage the lead allocation and the challenges around it
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in B2C lead generation, with a focus channel optimization
- In-depth knowledge of Webengage/Clevertap
- Good understanding of lead management CRM- Leadsquared
